    Description

    This is a 7" amber, beer bottle embossed on one side, MUELLER BROS BREWING COS BERLIN WEISS BEER CHICAGO. There's light casewear and a scrape line all around the blob top. Possibly caused from spinning against something sharp in the privy. Some tiny flea bites on the lip, hardly worth mentioning. The bottom is embossed, AGWL. Tough bottle to find as the company was only in business under that name for 2 years. Adolph and George Mueller began business in 1887 at 1133 Fulton and were only in business for 2 years as Mueller Bros. Brewing. In 1890, it became Star Brewery with John Enright as president and in 1900 it became part of United Breweries.
