Old Antique / Vintage
Art Deco
BAKELITE
CARVED BUTTERSCOTCH
PAIR of DRESS CLIPS

Bakelite.
Circa 1930s or so.
Beautiful Butterscotch yellow color with Carved Details.
Wing shaped.
We believe these are Dress Clips.
Both have hinged metal backs.
Length
: 2 inches (5 cm)
Width
: about 7/8 of an inch (just over 2 cm)
Both hinged backs work well, although one has green colored discoloration and needs cleaning.
The same clip that has the green discoloration on the metal clip has a spot or stain on the front and scratches on the back (see photos).
Minor overall wear from age, use, and handling (see photos).
